Leadership

We are excited about the leadership that God is bringing to this congregation. In I Corinthians 12:7 we read, "Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good." We ask that people in positions of leadership:

  • Have a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ and be committed to that relationship, seeking to live in obedience to the scriptures.
  • Be committed to the growth of Grace Community Church and its obedience to Jesus Christ.
  • Be imperfect and willing to learn. We know that God has gifted everyone and desires our best, but He doesn't require perfection. What God wants most is a heart willing to serve and grow.
  • Respond to that which God calls them to do in cooperation with others in the church. (We do not wish to burn people out!)
  • Be willing to read and sign the Presbytery of Pueblo policy on ethics and submit to a background check.

Children
Kidz Connection is our Sunday morning program for children in grades K-5. Our goal is to help kids learn how to walk in God's ways through a variety of methods including: scripture, lessons, singing, movement, games, puppets, crafts, and hands-on activities. Check out the "events" on our homepage for the current schedule.

Nursery Care
Nursery care is provided for babies through age four during the Sunday Morning worship services.
