Rev. Bill Clarke -interim pastor
I enlisted in the Air Force when I was 18 and served 6 years on
active duty. I then worked 4 1/2 years as a civilian for the Air Force.
After quitting that job, I went back to college and graduated in
1986 with a Bachelors of Applied Mathematics from California
State University, Sacramento, CA. I worked for the Navy for 9 months
and then went to seminary. I graduated from Union Theological
Seminary in Richmond, VA in 1990. I was pastor from June, 1990
until January, 1999 of Bristol Presbyterian Church and First
Presbyterian Church of Lamar, both in Southeast Colorado. I taught College Prep Mathematics at Pikes Peak Community College from August, 1999 through May, 2017. In June, 2017 I was called to be
Interim Pastor of Grace Community Church.
Debbie, my wife, and I became involved in Grace Community Church
from its very beginning in 2001. We have both been involved in
various ministries of Grace. Debbie and I were married on August 18, 1973. We have three children and nine grandchildren.
dICK And NANCY GLASGOW - pastors honorably retired
Dick was raised in Chambersburg, PA, in family business, and Nancy grew up in Cincinnati, OH. Both of us had Christian parents and came to know Jesus personally before we met at the College of Wooster, OH. Dick was a probation officer before answering the call to ministry. We moved to Dubuque Seminary for his MDiv, and later Dick got a DMin degree in Church Revitalization from McCormick Seminary. Together we founded a Ranch for deprived delinquent boys and served churches in Iowa and Kansas for 40+ years. Nancy became a Certified Lay Pastor, and served a church in KS for 5 years. We retired to Colorado in 2011 and enjoy our service in Grace Community Church. Dick also serves as a volunteer Chaplain for the Falcon Fire Dept.
