FAQ's - WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
When I come to Grace Community Church, where do I go?
The church is located in Falcon in the Paint Brush Hills neighborhood, West side of the subdivision. From Meridian and Stapleton, West on Stapleton to Towner, north on Londenderry to Rockingham follow the signs to Grace Church View (Keating to the North), we'll be there to greet you. We’ll introduce ourselves, have Coffee and Tea ready and direct you to our worship service.
Does it matter what I wear?
The Grace family dresses in a variety of ways. You’ll see people in jeans and others in dresses. We are pretty easy going and want you to dress however you feel comfortable.
Do you have programs for my children?
During the worship service, we offer a nursery for babies and toddlers. There is also a children’s Sunday School that meets during our 10:30am service for grade school kids. Some parents prefer to keep their children in the service and that is just fine too. Please do whatever works best for your family. Note that our nursery and children’s workers are carefully selected and our buildings are secure with a trained security personnel. It is our way to promote safety and a good experience for you and your children.
What will the service be like?
Our service typically includes worship through music, prayer, teaching, and fellowship. We enjoy Christian songs and hymns from a variety of styles. Our music team is very purposeful about keeping the focus on God and on praising
Him through meaningful music. Pastor Anderson preaches from the Bible. He preaches explaining how to practically apply God’s Word to our everyday lives.
Do you have Adult Sunday School?
Adult Sunday School meets from 10:15 to 10:55 between our worship services.
Please contact one of the greeters and they will direct you to the class.
Do you still meet when there is inclement weather?
Living in Colorado among Gods beautiful creations is spectacular, but also makes us prone to some extreme weather! We value the safety of our members, staff and guests, and use the following guidelines to ensure that our church family is informed and as safe as possible regarding services and events at Grace Community Church. Inclement weather closures will follow the D49 school system delays & closings. Morning bible studies will be cancelled if there is a delay or school is cancelled. Closing information will be posted as a banner on the main web page and the local television stations will be notified. If Sunday service is canceled due to weather, we will also send out information via email and our church app to our acquired contacts. We will also post on social media. We will do our best to make all closure decisions in a timely manner to ensure the safety of anyone attending or serving at Grace.
What if I have questions?
Please ask. You’ll find the people at Grace are really friendly and they will be happy to answer any questions you have.
When you arrive at the church please get a welcome packet from our greeters. At our welcome desk you can provide information to be added to our phone and email lists.
